Returns

If You Change Your Mind
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery by contacting us at shop@ngkids.co.uk. Please clearly state the reason for your cancellation request and include your name, address, phone number, and the order number.

You must take care of the goods and return them within 30 days of notifying us. Returns must be made at your own cost and risk. We strongly recommend packaging the goods securely to prevent damage and via a tracked service for proof of postage and delivery.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund if the returned goods are not received or badly damaged in transit.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

If you would like to receive a different item from the one originally ordered and/or delivered, you will need to place a new order and return the original item(s) following the steps and information provided in the section titled “If You Change Your Mind.”

Defective Goods
If any item(s) purchased from our website are damaged, or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery at shop@ngkids.co.uk. Please include clear photographic evidence of the damage and/or fault. Once details have been reviewed, we will arrange a replacement for any damaged or faulty item or part. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will work with you to find an alternative resolution.

If we require you to return the item, we will compensate for any return costs.

Refunds
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method as soon as the returned item has been received and inspected.

If you do not return all items included in your cancellation, fail to cover the return shipping costs, or if the goods are damaged during the return process, we reserve the right to deduct the relevant amount from your refund.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account due to processing times.
