Dispatch & Delivery
– Enjoy free standard UK delivery on orders over £20.
– Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
– Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
– Please note that dispatch and delivery times may be longer during public holiday periods.
– All items are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been collected.
– Please note: once your order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Your item(s) will be sent to the address provided at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

Estimated Delivery Times
– Mainland UK: 2–4 working days
(Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday may not arrive over the weekend.)
– Northern Ireland: 3–6 working days
– Islands & Scottish Highlands: 3–6 working days

Non-Delivered Items
If any item(s) are missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery at shop@ngkids.co.uk. Please include clear photographic evidence of the contents of the parcel so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
